Gerard Dillon is the founder of Dillon Partners and has over 35 years experience in the accounting profession advising a wide variety of businesses and individuals on taxation, accounting and management consulting. Gerard holds a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, is a member of various professional bodies including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a registered company auditor. Gerard has extensive experience advising in business structuring, tax planning, business succession and estate planning.
Lou Bolzonello has over 30 years experience including six years in the areas of management consulting and cost accounting. Lou’s experience is accessed by Dillon Partners clients regularly for the purposes of assisting with cost control and the planning and ongoing review of detailed budgets, together with federal taxation and general accounting issues that ensures business owners have a 360 degree view of their business, accounting and taxation status. Lou holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Practising Accountant. Lou has developed substantial knowledge in the construction and property development area and can provide advice in all areas of the development process.
Andrew Hengel has over 20 years experience in the Accounting Profession. During this time he has gained a Master of Tax qualification from the University of Melbourne and has developed a reputation for the provision of sound proactive taxation and business advice to clients. Andrew has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and is involved in the Dillon Partners auditing division. Andrew became an associate of the firm in 2010.
Emil Knezevic commenced with the firm in 1999 and is an experienced Accountant, progressing to Associate in 2010. Emil has extensive experience in tax and small business. His experience also extends to financial planning having completed his Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2012.
Emil’s broad range of accounting experience enables him to provide relevant and timely advice to businesses regarding their internal accounting, periodic reporting, forecasting and ultimately the development and implementation of succession planning. Emil’s assists business owners to understand how the decisions they make today impact the value of their business.
Emil also works with clients in embracing modern technology. He is leading the charge towards the innovative practice which includes working in a paperless office and offering a range of business development and profit optimisation services to our clients through cloud accounting.
